• The bank receives budget payments in BGN, within the same day until 16:00.

The Bank performs interbank transfers through:

• BISERA (for normal payments up to BGN 99,999.99)
• RINGS (for urgent payments up to BGN 99,999.99 and all payments equal to or exceeding BGN 100,000)

Final hours for accepting payment orders in the offices of D Commerce Bank AD:

They are made without having a bank account in the name of the ordering party. The funds that are transferred, as well as the transfer fee, are paid in cash by the ordering party. For transfers over BGN 10,000, the bank requires the ordering party to submit documents as when opening an account, as well as to submit a Declaration of Origin of the funds.

Deadline for acceptance and implementation:

For transfers through BISERA:

• Payment orders received until 3.00 pm are executed on the same business day
• Payment orders received after 3.00 pm, but within the working hours of the bank are executed on the same business day, but are received on the next business day on the account of the beneficiary

For transfers through RINGS:

• Payment orders received until 3.00 pm are executed on the same business day
• Payment orders received after 3.00 pm are executed on the next business day
