Parameters:
Term – up to 35 years
Purpose –purchase of a residential property owned by the Bank
Floating interest rate of 2.95%, based on Applicable Index for Individuals and margin
Currency - BGN and EUR Loan amount - up to 100% of the purchase price, subject of the transaction
Collateral: mortgage on the property, subject of the transaction Property insurance for the property accepted as collateral
*The indicated interest rates are valid for transfer of salary in the Bank or 150% of the loan installment, issuance of a credit card and payment of two utilities per month through the Bank. In the case of loans granted with a limited liability clause up to the amount of the collateral, according to the Consumer Credit Act (Art. 11, para. 5), the annual interest rates shall be increased by 1.00 percentage points.
Example: For a loan of BGN 100 000 for a period of 35 years, with full liability, the interest rate is 2.95%. The payment is in equal annuity monthly installments in the amount of BGN 382.07, in case of transfer of salary or 150% of the monthly installment to a card account with Debit MasterCard. The APR will amount to 3.19%, and the total amount due will be BGN 164 836.38. The included fees for the loan are: fee for research and approval - BGN 0, monthly fee for Allegro package - BGN 5.95, fee valuation of the property - BGN 200, Bank fee for preparation of consent for cancellation of mortgage - BGN 100, fee of the Bank for renewal and registration renewal of mortgage BGN 100, annual fee for credit card service BGN 42
