Festive working hours

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that the working hours of our offices during the holidays will be as follows:

- from 24.12.2024 to 26.12.2024, all offices will be closed;

- on 27.12.2024 (Friday) and 30.12.2024 (Monday) all offices will operate with standard working hours from 08.30 a.m. to 05.00 p.m.;

- on 31.12.2024 (Tuesday) the working hours with clients of all offices will be until 12.00 a.m.

All transfers submitted via D Bank Online or D Mobile will be accepted 24/7, but their processing on 31.12.2023 (Tuesday) will be until 02:00 p.m. Transfers submitted after the specified hours will be processed on 02.01.2025 (Thursday).
