Additional password requirements for Internet banking

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that in order to increase the security of your access to our online channels, D Bank is introducing additional requirements to the password for entering Internet banking.

The change will affect all users logging into the system with a username and password. The new requirements are: a minimum of 10 characters, a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

Please change your current access password up to and including September, 20th, 2023 (Wednesday), in accordance with the new requirements. After this date, the system will require all users who have not made a change to make a mandatory change.
